Work was competent. Communication not so good. First guy said it would take 1 or two hours after they had the part, which woud be in two days. When I didn't hear from them in a week I called and they said they needed a deposit before they ordered part, that was the first I had heard about that. I gave them $500 deposit (insurance paid the rest)and in another two weeks still hadn't heard. I called them, then they said they need truck for "one or two days" So I had to arrange for rental car. When I went to pick it up had to wait 15 minutes for someone to wait on me. Terrible service!
