There's some kind of tape residue on my windshield. The back seat was a little dusty though they said they did a detail job on it. It took almost two full weeks, and I just felt like the customer service people were very friendly, but they just couldn't commit to a time and a day it would be done, and I've just never experienced that before. Finally when I explained my situation and how dire it was that I knew ahead of time, the store manager kicked in and made it happen. I am still very happy with work on my car. But it wasn't perfect and I thought you should know that.
