Good experience overall. Recommend giving option for leaving deductible or deposit to order parts in situations where car is drivable and may experience longer repair wait times - so that rental car times are reduced - thus increasing customer satisfaction via money saved. Also, Daisy was a sweetheart. I’m thinking $10k bonus 🙂.
