I had a great experience. Richard was outstanding throughout the entire process. His communication was consistent, proactive, and clear from start to finish, which made everything much easier and stress-free. He kept me updated at every stage of the repair, explained timelines, and even coordinated additional work seamlessly. I especially appreciated the attention to detail. He caught a small issue before pickup and made sure it was corrected rather than letting it slide. On top of that, he was flexible and accommodating with scheduling, even offering to meet outside normal hours to help with pickup. Richard’s level of customer service really stood out. Overall, the repair was handled professionally by Richard and the entire experience exceeded expectations.

Richard did a fantastic job on my car. From the moment I walked into the shop, I felt confident that both Richard and the team would take great care of it. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and worked promptly with Allstate to send over the necessary documents and estimate. I dropped my car off on Monday, and it was ready by Wednesday which is such a quick turnaround! Throughout the process, Richard kept me updated on the progress, and his communication was excellent. When I picked up my car, he clearly explained everything that was done, which I really appreciated. Everyone I interacted with at the shop was also very kind and helpful. Richard even mentioned that if I noticed anything or had any concerns within the next couple of weeks, I could give him a call and swing by the shop. Overall, this was amazing service. I truly appreciate the work the team did, especially Richard!

I had an amazing experience at crash champions with extreme accommodations and an amazing team helping out, specifically Frank and Bob were outstanding. Extremely time efficient with the repairs and even compensated with the drive time and filled up my tank after the repairs. I have never had such an amazing experience like this anywhere else where they truly seem like they really care about their customers. I would recommend this place to everyone!! Too many good things to say about this establishment.
