Interactions with the team were positive and service-oriented. The team took care of vehicle repair. A suggestion I have would be timely updates. Twice, the expected completion date came and almost went with no update until I called to inquire, unsure of what I needed to do and not wanting to fail to turn in the rental on time. As soon as I called each time, I was given a detailed update, which was appreciated! A Service King initiated update as each completion date approached to confirm or extend would have given the customer increased peace of mind. Any concerns I had were quickly resolved, and I appreciate the service-minded approach and positive communication. Thank you!
