Sent text msgs to me saying how great repairs were going and then called and told me car would be ready on the 17 th . I flew in from corpus on 16th and inquired about my car and you said YOU had ordered wrong parts and wasn't going to be ready. Not once did your staff apologize , they wanted me to believe it was every bodies fault except theirs. Needless to say it was the 20th before I got my car and missed an additional 3 dats of work. To this day not an apology from your staff.
