Notifications on the progress of the vehicle was a plus. The car paint looks clean. Just two things I noticed the day after pickup. A seal on the hood was torn from a grommet and the front license plate and bracket were not replaced on the front bumper. We’ll need to pick up the license plate and bracket. The driver side wheel well cover has a hole where water and debris will go inside when driving in wet weather. Everything else is well done.

Deveron Crews provides exceptional customer service. He kept me updated each step of the way and answered any questions I had throughout the process. He ensured I had a ride to the rental car and that it would also be picked up. I really appreciate the text updates keeping me informed on the repair status. Crash Champions always does great work and made my car look like new while also getting my car back to me a week ahead of schedule.
