Please do not use the superior towing in the future. They were consistently providing inaccurate information on the time and even dates of car delivery. They stated a Saturday delivery with full confidence, only to cancel at the last minute. This cost me two extra days of a rental, and caused a large degree of stress. The final delivery date they find and time again failed to communicate clearly the timing of delivery, citing 10 am at first with consistent revisions when I called. Provided several notices of the car being needed before 12:30, but final delivery was close to 3pm, almost costing me another day of rental extension. This towing company displays little to no professional respect for customer's time or schedule and crash champions should consider the damage to their own reputation that they suffer from working with such a mismanaged company.

Both professional and friendly, DON treats you like a VIP (very important person), and shows his incredible automotive knowledge through his recommendations for your car. He consults with you through the whole repair process -- whether your car needs refurbishing or major repairs. I was so thrilled by the results -- DON transformed my 25 year old sports car into a vintage showpiece! I can't sufficiently express my gratefulness -- honestly, I think he's a magician!
