Went for dashboard replacement work for my Lexus RX350. Found below at the time of delivery: 1. Steering wheel was misaligned. Needed to wait at the shops for 2 additional hours for alignment. 2. TPMS sensor was not hooked back up causing TPMS warning to fire. Had to go to Walmart and Lexus dealership to identify the missing cable connection. Crash Champions fixed it after few days. 3. They also broke my microphone connection. Went to Lexus dealership and they asked me to see Electronic Master. I saw them and they found that microphone wires were torn apart during dashboard replacement by Crash Champions. Brian was my advisor and told me that he would cover the costs. I called him today to inform him about finding from Electronic Master and waiting to hear back. I hope he is still up for covering the charge from Electronics Master - quoted at $750 plus cost for my Uber rides. Overall Brian and staff are friendly but quality of the work was not there - I had to run around.

This is the best service I have ever received. The sweet lady at the front desk is super kind and knowledgeable. She helped me through every step of the process. I love that you have a partnership with the local Enterprise so that people can leave their rental cars at your facility when they pick up their vehicle. That is so nice. I also appreciate when Caleb called to tell me my car would be ready he thought I sounded stressed and wanted to check on me and make sure I was ok. That is so kind. For him to notice that my tone of voice sounded different from the last time he spoke to me really surprised me but also impressed me that he took the time to care about me as a person. Well done guys. About two days after having my car back, one of the sensors started acting up. You guys are going to fix it and help me get a rental and all the things. I am just so appreciative! I will recommend you all to everyone!!!

Service and communication were great with one exception. I mentioned to the gentleman that conducted the initial walk-through about the crack on the front windshield. I explained this crack was pre-existing, however, it had worsened since the accident. There was no follow up on this and the repair was not done. Otherwise, service and quality of work were good.

If I could give this place a zero I would. My car was hit in a parking lot mid June. Geico sent me to crash champions. My car was there for a week getting body repair and a broken mirror fixed. They stated also that they were going to do an alignment but that it was on them. I drove home and it begin to shake and pull to the left. My car was vibrating. Remind you the car wasn’t shaking when I brought it in. I called them back and was told to bring the car back in. When I got there they said I had to contact geico again getting approval that they could fix my car. Put me in a rental for a week. I got a call that they were not able to fix my vehicle due to the shaking not being accident related. Maybe not accident related, but why was it shaking after they supposedly fixed it and did an alignment. I asked Brian to email me a quote he told me he would send it to me within 30 mins. I never received the quote. I called them the next day and they told me it was going to be $900. When I went to pick up my car I asked for the quote. Brian didn’t even have it typed up yet. Liar. He then went into his office and was on the phone. It took him 25 mins to get me the quote. Where he told me it would be $1200. When I read it it said $1700 total. Liar. Brian is a LIAR. I was told I needed new tires. We got to looking my tires were switched. Those weren’t the tires I had before left the care with them. They are fake. They are liars. Please please don’t use them. If geico claims tells you that you need to use them please try and get geico that you need repairs at a different place. This has been such a bad bad bad experience. Brian you are awful.
