I had a great experience with Crash Champions. They worked on two repairs for me at the same time, and Dylan, who assisted me throughout the process, did a great job. He was able to get both repairs completed in a timely manner and provided excellent customer service. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Crash Champions to others and would use them again in the future.

I’m satisfied with the work done by Crash Champions. There are still a few details that could be improved. For example, the right headlight is missing the bulb, and the side marker lights are not working. Other than that, everything else looks good. The repairs were done well, and the car feels great to drive. Overall, I would rate the work an 8 out of 10. I would recommend Crash Champions, but I think there are a few small details they could improve.

My original pickup date was 9/1/26. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call on 9/26/26 to let me know that my Tucson was ready. I did an inspection before I took delivery. Everything was fine.

Motor under door is dead, don’t really know if that’s cause of you or it was just unlucky, but I can guarantee that the poor installation of the new back door was on you guys. I had to pull the panel off the inside of the door to pull the arm, where the seat belt is latched, through the hole in the bottom of the door, where it’s supposed to stick out. Also the seat belt doesn’t retract without outside help, but that’s more than likely a manufacturing error, still an error that should’ve been noticed before I was given my truck back.

The service was excellent. They repaired the outside surfaces and found hidden mechanical issues and address them properly and notified me of the other repairs that needed to be done I appreciate that.

Dylan and the rest of the team were amazing. Very kind, always communicating and did an amazing job on the repairs. When I went in to pick up my car, one of the representatives was sitting in the chairs and I had brought my two sons, I had just picked them up from school. He entertained them while I waited for the finalization. Dylan came out, covered in dirt and whatever else and couldn’t have been more accommodating and informative. Thank you to everyone!
