Good experience and work, the repair looks great. Only comment would be to have more communication on the repair status. From the time I dropped it off to the time it was ready, I didn't hear anything from service king, including estimated completion date.

Oh dear!! I don't think you have space! I have never had to navigate or negotiate an accident before. Personal phone calls where made to me within minutes after the initial report to Alstate. Appointments, confirmed rental and est timelines were made. Alex (E. Busch, Tampa, FL) gentle nature is a wonderful asset to his professional work ethics. Although I was receiving corporate texts, I also got calls from Alex every step of the way. While waiting for my rental there must have been a least 3 people having trouble from their incidents that made me feel confident with my process. I heard all kinds of stories from well wishers about their bad experience, thankfully I didn't have to endure. My car was ready ahead of schedule and an appointment was made for pickup. When Alex brought the car around it was beautiful to me, but he went over the whole car, not just the area that was damaged! He saw something and ask if I had a minute, and personally handle it! I should also mention that when I would come in the shop, Alex was at the ready to greet me as soon as I came through the door, even by my name. I'd venture to say you've got a real good team at that TAMPA location!!!!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was always someone willing to help if I called and had any questions. The work done on my car was excellent and the paint color matches the old faded paint color perfectly. Excellent service!
