Since I came to this shop as an insurance-referral customer, I expected adequate service at best. However, Carl wentry beyond in making me feel good about my car. He allowed me to express my concerns with my vehicle and even wrote down my remarks. Later, he gave me a follow-up call addressing my concerns and included his personal cell number in case I had any more questions. In addition, the manager, Bobby Hall, also took the time out to make sure my experience was going smoothly. In the end, my car looked beautiful and I was esctatic with the customer experience. If you want to take your vehicle somewhere then TAKE IT HERE. You won't regret it.
