The trunk button does not work as was prior to collision. Photos & video were taken with Thomas (service employee) to document repair wasn’t completed to prior functional condition. Instead of closing, i have to manually close the trunk - also there’s a sound which wasn’t there before. The trunk electrical assembly was recently replaced by Lexus service dealership within the past year due to normal wear and age (not due to impact) and it was in perfect working order PRIOR to collision. Now the trunk button doesn’t allow automatic closure, it pops back open. To close trunk, it must be manually pushed. Also the trunk seams do not align with the rear bumper that was replaced. Geico claim department were unavailable today. Will contact them on Monday. Please advise & contact me on the next steps to resolve. Thank you.

After class inspection of my car in the sunlight, I noticed a gouge in my driver, side window tint, a lot of glue, remnants, poorly replaced door parts, and something is not right with either the front bumper or the driver side front panel. I’m not worried, I will call and speak to my Rep on Monday and I’m sure they will fix it. Customer service there has been absolutely wonderful.
