Started out a 10….clean and tidy office. Greeted by staff ,waited on in a timely manner. Very professional case worker….explained what needed to be done….and approximately how long my vehicle would take to repair. Second visit….same experience. Was told he would express me due to the fact it was a small job and told me what was going to happen to my vehicle. I was offered a rent a car that I declined due to the short amount of time I would have needed it. That afternoon I was informed everything was coming along it was being painted….i was very pleased. That was the last I heard from them ….i was expecting my car on Fri and had arranged a ride to the shop….had to call several times and to his credit he always returned my calls….but it was very close to closing time…told to me by the receptionist…i had to keep calling cause i was very nervous i was not getting my car by the weekend. The receptionist told me if not today…for sure Monday…well what happened to Saturday.😊upon arrival everything was fine. I’m very happy with the quality of work and was treated respectfully. I think there needs to be better communication with the front desk and the case workers. Johnathan said he wasn’t leaving at five and they were there on Saturday….which would have eliminated my concerns.

I thought it was a little not nice when I went in to drop. Off my mirror they said you can go and I was like are you gonna cover the wires they were a little unprofessional then they covered the mirror then they covered it then the manager said they might not have the paint for the mirror so I said the d Al was a one day job then she was not that nice but I left and called the office of Crash Champions they called me the next day at 8 and said you mirror is painted I was Happy snd I appreciate that Thank-You! The manager never came out the office but the lady in the office said Thank -You for being a repeat customer I appreciate that.
