Your team members were all very courteous and responsive, even those that were not directly involved with my account/repair case . Examples: My rep took the time to explain the damage to my car professionally when I dropped it off. When I called to obtain status on my car and I was provided with an update by someone other than my rep who was equally responsive and helpful. When I stopped by to pick up my car after the repairs were complete, it was someone other than my rep who again did the walk with professionalism and thoroughness. Thank you for the job well done!
