Deja was a friendly and clear communicator. There was good availability for scheduling. I liked the frequent updates on the progress of our car's repair. The repair looks great. I am so happy to have our car back and to be able to use the back door again!

Crash champions did a great job repairing our car. They coordinated with our insurance, as well as a rental car company, and Deja kept us informed regularly as far as progress. The repairs were thorough, and the car looks new. Excellent customer service.
