While the staff are wonderful, the pricing and increased wait on a minor repair leave much to be desired. I will not be recommending this shop.

Everyone was very professional and I have no complaints about their customer service. However, the pricing and turn around time was outlandish for a very minor paint scuff with zero damage to the affected door other than said scuff.

Adding the extra week is not ideal unless the shop is paying for any added expense during that time. Especially when the car comes back with flaws.

The service from the office staff was great, no issues. The problem is the paint on the bottom of the bumper has an area where it is wavy/bubbly and not smooth. The bumper near the headlight does not sit flush on the passenger side. And the headlight assembly is scratched.

Crash champions did repairs that was not authorized by my insurance company so I had to pay about $900 out of pocket. Money that I didn’t have or expect to pay and an additional $500 for my co pay.
