Almost everything was perfect. I was called at the end of the day on Tuesday and told my car was ready. From the information I was given I thought it would be ready on Thursday. I was on the west side of LA and could not make it back to South Pasadena on time to return my rental and pick up my car. The insurance company ended my rental car on Tuesday. I was charged and had to pay the regular rental rate for my Wednesday morning car pick up. It would not be covered by insurance. Crash Champions would not intervene and enterprise told me I would have to contact the insurance company myself. It took a lot of time to straighten out when Crash Champions intervening on my behalf would have been helpful.
