Bringing my car to Service King for repairs has been wonderful experience! From the moment I walked into the building to when I left, the customer service was awesome. Not once did I have to call to find out the status on my car because I was updated on a daily basis. I hope I never get in a car accident again, but if I do I know where I will go for collision repairs and that's Service King!!!

I was shocked about my lug nuts being loose and I shared with my insurance my dissatisfaction of the safety inspection. I also had concerns as I was told I had an oil leak and upon changing my oil the screw was almost completely off. If the oil leak was clear from the screw that should have been stated and in good service tightened-I hope that it was not the case that it was loosened at the shop itself, which I do have my concerns. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I was charged for a safety inspection and found afterwards that the lug nuts on one of my wheels were almost completely unscrewed.

Paper work was redone several times and very confusing how it was explained. At time of pick up the pricing changed several times and it was hard to follow if I was being charged correctly because the paperwork was inaccurate several times.

My service was done in a very timely matter. I was 100% satisfied with my cars repair as well as the customer service. Jason kept me up to date on exactly what was happening with my car while it was in the process of repair. I would highly recommend service king to anyone !
