The Crash Champions experience was phenomenal! The estimated repair completion date was 4/10 and it was actually finished on 4/3. In addition, they went above and beyond. I had some scratches on my car unrelated to the accident and the folks at Crash Champions buffed them out. My car looks brand new! I would definitely recommend repaired at Crash Champions! It was the best car repair service I have ever experienced.

Fantastic service from people at Newcastle shop. Communication around pickup was confusing because of mixed messages from local shop and the automated messages I received from Crash Champions and also Enterprise, which were less helpful.

Super happy with the repairs! Getting a rental car was a very smooth process, and repairs were done much earlier than expected. They also took the time to clean out the interior of my car and gave the exterior a wash, which was a great addition (my tires have never looked more clean). Christine was super responsive and professional which I really appreciate. Overall great experience!!
