I had an excellent experience with Crash Champions. My vehicle was involved in a collision and the entire repair process was handled professionally from start to finish. They made everything incredibly easy by arranging the rental car for me and I was even able to leave the rental with them when I picked up my vehicle. Their communication was outstanding. They contacted me every other day with updates so I always knew the status of the repairs. The repair work itself was superb. My vehicle looks amazing and they even cleaned it inside and out before returning it to me. They truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Crash Champions to anyone needing collision repair. This was a 10 out of 10 experience.

When I dropped off my SUV, I was promised by Reg that the scratches on the back of my vehicle would be touched up along with the bumper. Only the bumper was repaired. And please consider extending your hours until 7 or 8 to accommodate those working on weekdays. I wanted to pick up my SUV on a Friday, but you closed a half hour before I got off.
