My car was damaged in a rear-end crash, and the responsible person’s insurance, Allstate, sent me to this shop. I am happy with the repair from the crash. I appreciate the text updates and the friendly service. When I was set to leave, however, I found that my AC (which was working at time of drop-off) wasn’t working. The service tech did a check-up and said the problem was due to the system freezing and that I needed both antifreeze and Freon. The team gave me some info about how AC system works, etc., and gave me some reasons why it may have happened. (None of which I could have done as my vehicle was in the shop for approximately a week.) More than once one of them questioned my honesty regarding the AC working when I dropped off my car. Ultimately they were unable to fix the problem. Perhaps the team did all they could, but it was disappointing to leave the shop with an issue that was not present when I dropped off my car. Having my honesty questioned (more than once) felt offensive. Unfortunately my experience ended on a less than satisfactory note.

They did a great job replacing the bumper of my Infiniti. It took a little longer than I had expected but that was because they received 2 bumpers that had been damaged in shipment and I appreciate the fact that they were so adamant It was in top shape and brand new with no problems and no defects. My SUV looks brand new from the outside. I would definitely bring my vehicle here if something happened again.
