When I picked up my vehicle, the car was not thoroughly washed. No armor all in the tires and there was brake dirt/grease on all my rims except for one. I pointed out the armor all and the young man sprayed some in the wheels. Did not use a rag/towel for even application. When u pointed out the rims, his response was it's hard to get those clean. I said ok. But, being in the service industry, you should make the effort. It m/b an issue because I saw another young lady having her wheels redone as we both waited. Also, seem to hear rattling from the rear. Want to drive a couple more days to confirm.
