Crash Champions did a great job on the repair. I got a ride home from the administrative assistant since I chose to not do a rental vehicle while my car was at the auto body. The paint job is great as well as the repair. My car looks brand new! They detailed the inside of the car so clean and the outside when I went to pick it up. Very friendly staff, especially the administrative assistant that was cheerful and helpful every step of the way. I would definitely recommend crash champions Alvarado branch in San Diego due to the fabulous customer care provided by Lacey. Having your car repaired is an inconvenience, but they care about the customer and getting the car done right.

Great experience with Crash Champions. The administrative assistant Lacey kept me informed every step of the way. I didn’t need a rental car, and Lacey ensured I got a ride home after dropping off my car. The car came back beautifully done. It looks brand new, and the detail cleaning was amazing too. I am very happy.
