I certainly couldn't have been more disappointed...not only were the dents not properly pulled, there were 5 pinholes in the pain, 5 drips in paint/ clearcoat, two new scrates , visible chatter along the rear quarter panel, the trim piece on rear of window was not installed properly. The badging was crooked, the passive lock is now broken, they tore the screen protector on the navigation panel, the rear seat was flipped up and my personal.items were all over the truck, and on top of it, the manager Jose tried to blame me for calling twice to check in the vehicle. The first call was to understand why the estimate increased, the second was to verify if the vehicle was going to be completed the day prior to their stated date. I was so unbelievably blown away at the lack of craftsmanship and quality in their work. Shame on the manager Jose for not inspecting the work and allowing the vehicle to get to me is such poor condition. I asked if if he had a light panel to look at the vehicle and he stated he didn't know what I was talking about. He became defensive and tried to balm me for pressuring the shop. Please stay away from this shop, they do not know how to do quality work and were obviously underskilled, this became apparent when he said in his voicemail, which I still have, that its hard to find someone that can work on aluminum panels. Well that there should have been a sign that they did not know what they are doing.

I was extremely impressed with Crash Champions! Lacey and Tyler were both awesome to work with. The communication is excellent, the quality of the work looks great what a great surprise that they washed my car! I would definitely recommend them!
