There were issues with the quality of the repair. Paint does not look smooth and there is a portion of the bumper )left bottom) that was left without proper paint or smoothing it out. I will have to reschedule time to bring it to get it fixed properly. My husband pointed it out the the tech when he picked up the car. It should have been done right the first time.

Started out great. We used a preferred repair facility( Crash Champions) thru the insurance company and from the beginning things went smoothly car was ready when promised and no added fees. But when we picked up the car there was small piece missing from the front grill. It was explained that we needed To call the insurance company and explain & they would notify Crash Champions. I did that and the insurance company said they would notify Crash Champions and their adjuster would contact me but I never heard anything from them.
