If I could give to two amazing ladies that work the front desk at the Spotys/Frederickburg location a 20 out of 10 I would. Customer was incredible, I actually live closer to a different Crash Champions but purposely choose their office becasue how friendly and overall poteint with all the nonsense that one involved in an auto accident would have to deal. Even found out that go hard for decorating for Halloween and will be taking my wife back just to vist and say hi.

The repairs look great. I noticed paint swirling all over the passenger side of the vehicle, though. I don’t know if this was from a wash or a wax that was done.

Well, let’s start with the receptionist at the front desk. From the first call to schedule the maintenance needed on the vehicle. She was very kind and courtesy and very professional. A few times that I did talk to her. She always had an answer or got an answer for me. The gentleman who handled the claim was very professional. He did go over the details of what they were would be doing with a vehicle. Picking up my vehicle today, August 4 he went over everything with me asked me if I’d had any questions. He was very professional and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with everything. As far as the bodywork goes, everything was done and a very quickly and timely Manor.
