I am absolutely satisfied with my experience with CRASH CHAMPIONS. Not only were the repairs completed perfectly and in a timely manner, every interaction with each Individual Employee I met was enjoyable and professional. I am happy to acknowledge that I felt my concerns were met with a level of concern that is simply refreshing. I couldn't be happier. I met your Manager yesterday. We had a long and insightful conversation. It became increasingly obvious that His attention to my concerns, as well as His professionalism and attention to detail, is reflected by Other Employees as well. Again, I found the experience refreshing. We discussed the possibility of having my Vehicle delivered to my Home if possible. I'm looking forward to getting my NISSAN back whenever possible. I've seen the areas repaired by CRASH CHAMPIONS and am impressed with the work done - my NISSAN is as good as new - it looks as beautiful as the day I purchased it from NISSAN of Lexington Park, Maryland. The work by your Team is excellent. Thank You for all You've done. I will be sure to pass along my experiences to my Friends and Associates Who may require repairs to Their Vehicles in the future.
