Renee did a great job communicating on a daily basis via text message, so I knew at what stage my car was in the process. Not only did Crash Champions get the work done well, but did it done under the estimated time. When the car was done, not only did I get called once but I also got called the second time notifying me that the car was ready. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is because of the runaround that I got with the completion target date. Other than that, everything was great!
