Everyone I dealt with on staff was extremely kind, helpful, and explained everything to me. With it dealing with insurance, the whole process was effortless. The communication I receive throughout was fantastic. Thank you Jaclyn! I had to take it back after the first fix for an additional wheel bearing, but it was done quickly. Overall great experience. Laylani (butchered that spelling sorry) was also wonderful!

The windshield wiper is tight. Ive been having to really push down on it to get it to go at faster setting. Otherwise 9/10 very satisfied and would come back to this Crash Champion in Etna for any problem in a heartbeat. I trust them and would even recommend them to others I felt so cared for.

David and Lalani were very friendly and helpful. They even cleaned my car inside and out and that wasn’t even on the estimate! Really appreciated that, and I could even leave my rental car there as they had Enterprise come & get it.
