There were several issues with communication throughout the entire process. The issues began when I attempted to get quotes and confirmation that they could work with the insurance company of the person who hit my car. During the two weeks they had my car, I received no calls or texts to update me on my car. The communication with the insurance rep was also poor. I had to call multiple times for updates and to make sure the front office, the insurance POC, and Enterprise were all aware of the status of my repair. This left me pretty stressed out and I was displeased to see the texts they were sending me were going to the wrong number the whole time. I previously used another Crash Champions for another repair and the experience was honestly night and day. Everyone I spoke to was nice, but I really didn’t enjoy having to follow up and coordinate this process. I won’t be going back.

Thanks to the entire team at the N Armenia branch. From the front desk , to Felix, to the young lady that pulled my car around were all courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The entire transaction was smooth and they got me my back a day ahead of schedule. I will definitely use again and will recommend to family, colleagues, and friends.
