It was a long drawn out process, no fault of Crash Champions. USAA decided to investigate my accident for over 40 days. Crash Champions were patient and professional during the whole process. Both Chris and Erica worked with me during this ordeal. Special shout out to Chris for delivering my vehicle to my house personally. You never hear of a GM of a facility to deliver a vehicle. I really appreciated putting a face to a bunch of text messages during this ordeal.
