I like the customer service. Things look nice with the exception of the paint not being blended.The parts seem of lesser quality than the original and I have had to make multiple trips rather than receiving a finished/completed or reliable job. The cover coming of while driving in the freeway, having to pull over on the freeway and completely remove it is concerning, dangerous, and to risky.

There are several issues, I am hoping they will be resolved. 1. Before the repair I related a concern that I had due to a previous repair where the under carriage cover had been replaced at Crash Champions. The cover had come loose on the way home from the shop while driving on the freeway. I had to make multiple trips back to the shop to get the issue resolved extending over nearly a year. I related this experience to the estimator assigned to me and asked that this be double checked that it was secured with right fasteners so I would not have the same experience. I was adored it would be done right and I would have no problems. The same thing happened in the trip home from the shop. 2. The new bumper had a visible large gap between it and the fender. I pointed it out when picking up the car and was told it was due to previous damage keeping the fender from alignment. However, the last bumper aligned just fine with no gap. 3. The paint on the the bumper is visibly unmatched to the surrounding paint. It should have been blended back on the fender and hood. I have planning on taking it back so these issues can be corrected.
