The work is very subpar. Have contacted Eric and set up meeting with Chris on 7/7. Things were left hanging (unattached). Rubber stripping in door cut. Door (new/replaced) is not flush. Molding replaced had a gap. Many other things. Not happy.

Eric has been helpful. Should not have left without doing a review of work. My fault. Assumed the work was done correctly

Communication from Eric was non-existent. Literally not one outbound call to us the entire 17 days you had our car. He did not respond to a single text message I sent via the sms communication - and he suggested to me at drop off time that was the best way to communicate. He did not send a single outbound sms message to communicate with me. I left multiple voice mails for both Eric and a senior supervisor and none were returned. Client satisfaction = work quality x Speed of service x communication. You get a zero for communication . There is a zero percent chance I use Crash Masters again. This was a bad customer experience. You get zero stars.

The process to fix my wife’s car took over three months. Originally time line was supposed to be 4 weeks. Excuses ranged from wrong parts ordered to parts received were defective. Not sure if they overbook amount of vehicles needing to be fixed but I feel assured that if I would have taken car to someone else, it would not have taken 3 months.

The car was not fully repaired, as a new trunk issue arose after the accident. The shop looked at it and said it wasn’t related to the accident. The insurance company told me that Crash Champions said it’s not related, and they agree. Therefore, I was given a car back that wasn’t fully repaired to pre-accident condition. I had a fully functioning trunk prior to the accident. After the accident, the trunk still doesn’t work. And I’m told that it’s more than likely not related, but the problem wasn’t fully diagnosed. So my factual evidence of a fully functioning trunk prior to the accident doesn’t matter because of someone’s hypothesis that the accident didn’t cause it. I have facts. Crash champions has a hypothesis. Insurance didn’t actually lay eyes on the car and the problem and denied any responsibility. I am extremely disappointed, as my service advisor tried to open the trunk when I dropped it off and was also unsuccessful. I was returned a car that is not fully functional, impacting everyday use and resale value.

Again, I called multiple times and left numerous messages for my service advisor. I had to go to the shop and talk with them because no phone call was returned. The person I left a message for had a voicemail greeting for someone who doesn’t work there anymore.

I once used Caliber for a fender bender and had to wait two to three weeks to even get it into the shop. This shop took it quickly and finished it in what I suppose was a reasonable time. The explanation for the time factor seemed reasonable.
