Caitlyn was delegated to undertake the process of repairing the car along with the technician team that worked with her. I observed that after Tianna completed the intake of the car at your 196th street office, I received communication from Caitlyn promptly followed by a team member who sent me a text with a timeline of when I will get my car back. Tianna on her part demonstrated an exeplary and very respectful courteous customer service ethic for someone who has only being on the job for one month. I can vouch a performance recommendation for Caitlyn and Tianna including the technicians I don't know their names. Due to their expedient service, the car was ready before the estimated timeline between11th-15th of July 2026 but got the car ready on 7/6/26 and I picked it up on 7/8/26 in the morning, and again meeting Tianna that morning who processed the release of my car with an awesome customer service performance.

If there's any word or words to describe my experience at the 196th/Crash Champion shop, it may be fallen short of the professional courteous respectful performance Tianna exhibited when she received the referral from my vehicle insurance company-Geiko. She processed the paperwork expediently with a marked attribute of a customer service representative to the extent that I was aghast given that she had only spent one month on the job and left me with the impression of an admiration of performance. Immediately after Tianna forwarded the completion of the initial processing to Caitlyn, I also received spontaneous text communication from Caitlyn who updated me about the stages of repairing my car, apparently a lead undertaker, in collaboration with the technician or technicians whom I don't know their names. Caitlyn's communicative spontaneity was professionally exemplary especially when a timeline to receive my car was projected but I speedily received it on 7/7/26 before the projected period of 7/11-15. Tianna, again releasing my vehicle in a sort of professional demeanor impressed upon me that I can vouch for her and Caitlyn as a reference if I were asked to, of any sort, and not the least, the technicians. I will proudly state here that both Tianna and Caitlyn are valuable human assets of people Crash Champion should not loose but to encourage them to maintain a reputable representation of your company in high reverence.

Front desk staff was great but the computer software they use seems to be wonky. I came in 3 times to the store and the last 2 stops they reminded me about my deductible even though I paid it on the first stop. They also couldn’t find my file the second stop because my repair was an insurance claim and my spouse is the policyholder. So even though I was the one coming in and I had already given my name, address, and contact info they needed it again the second visit. Whatever software system is being used just doesn’t seem great at keeping track of who the customer is and whether they paid their deductible.

I've always really appreciated the amount of updates and care all teams at Crash Champions send out to me. My vehicle always comes back in better condition than when I left it, and I appreciate all the work done to make sure the car will have no issues going back on the road after an accident.

The team was incredibly polite, attentive and professional with helping me. The wonderful women who I spoke with over the phone did an on point job, they even offered to stay after hours to help me out which is unheard of. My car looks amazing so the guys who did the repairs are complete pros. 10/10 will go back or refer these guys.

The whole experience was smooth and easy with great communication from everyone I interacted with. Caitlyn managed the repairs and did an amazing job keeping me up to date. Even though there were a couple hiccups with parts, the repair was completed within the original timeframe. My car was returned clean and looking almost new!
