The car should have been washed - the circle the employee drew around the spots that needed buffing was still clearly visible when I picked my car up.

Very efficient and well done but overly efficient leads to less personable experience. Because it was an insurance repair I don’t really care about the details of the repair and cost etc but if it were a repair I was paying for, I’d want more opportunity to discuss either the technicians etc.
