The repairs look great. Well done. Nice that the car was cleaned. During the repair I was a little confused with the texts I was receiving stating that the repair will be done in 16 days. All in all I’m very pleased.

At first I did not like my interaction. I wasn’t happy with the quality of repair or the answer i was getting . But after speaking with sherry. My opinion changed she asked to give her the opportunity to fix my issues and she delivered and some. My vehicle was restored right and she change my mind about the customer service crash champion provided. Thank you

Upon return of vehicle, the Adaptive Cruise Control Sensor was disabled. Therefore, being unsatisfactory, the rating can not be a 10 (as I would normally have given). Once the problem is resolved, reconsideration will be given.

Crash Champions went above and beyond in providing a top service for us. Our car required additional work by the dealership to fully resolve our accident, and CC made the process seamlessly from our view. Dealing with insurance and with the dealership was difficult, but CC regularly kept us in the loop and acted as a great arbiter on our behalf.
