Communication was a challenge on the day of pick up. Jim and limited staff at that time being New Year’s Eve did the best they could and I was very happy with their effort.. however when I drove away, my tire light was on the washer. Fluid light was on when it had a new washer bottle and on the very next morning, I went to pull down my sunvisor on the highway for the first time since dropping it off, and it fell off pretty much in my hand. I called pretty much right away and at first was taken back by the response.. “we wouldn’t have touched that” However, my second call and visit to finalize the issues I had with Jim and Lindsey went perfectly great team obviously care about delivering quality service. Jim assured me he would take care of the visor without hesitation. That has not happened yet however, I’m a patient man and waiting for my car!
