While the work was good, the car as delivered did not have the good secured. After driving it for 5 minutes I got an alert that the hood was open and had to pullover to the shoulder to get it closed properly. Hate to think what would have happened if I was driving at a high speed and the hood blew open.

I cannot say enough good things about Crash Champions #0523 in Lansdale. After I hit a deer and damaged the front right side of my car, the entire team made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. From the front desk staff to the estimator and the technicians in the shop, everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, communicating every step of the way so I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. When I picked up my car, I was absolutely amazed. My 2014 Honda Civic looked fabulous—they made it look like a brand-new car! The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail was outstanding. I am beyond pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend Crash Champions #0523 to anyone in need of auto body repairs. The director of first impressions at the front desk is very nice and knowledgeable. The Claim Adjuster was thorough. Questions were asked and information was taken. Workmanship was great. Looks brand new. And the part Carr was completed six days earlier than suggested. Delivery of vehicle was easy and rental car was taken care of by the director of first impressions. Thank you.
