Only communication is via text. Only let you know ten minutes before they close that you will not get your car back on time and when your car isn’t going to be completed when they say, you should also just expect a text. I had to call multiple times on a friday to have another girl let me know it was being pushed back yet again. I get that things are hard to get but telling me that a tech came to fix something but didnt have all the tools seems like no one knows what is happening.

everyone was super nice and respectful. The workers were willing to work with with me by getting my car fast and repaired properly and made sure everything was supper easy. I would totally recommend them and will going to them next time my car gets into an accident.
