I have come to Crash Champions for the third time now. Was either the result of someone hitting me or the terrible storm that brought a tree down on my car .

When overlooking the repairs when I got home. They simply painted over the deep gouges on the hood, so there was still very visible damage.

It took two weeks to do a relatively simple repair on my vehicle (strut replacement and alignment). My vehicle had been estimated to be finished four days prior to when I actually got it, and I was told there would be communication if there was any delays, but this was not the case. Crash champions sent my car out to different places for the strut replacement and alignment, which added to the time it took to be completed. I received communication that the parts had arrived two days after I brought the car in, and yet it still took 10 days for the car to be completed after that. Rick was very helpful on the phone, but all others I spoke with were unhelpful and difficult to get information from. I would not choose to bring my vehicle here again.
