Recently got my Kia k5 fixed not too long ago. I was thrilled with how fast the process was and the outcome of what needed fixed. Unfortunately my trunk is a little out of alignment now and will need re-adjusting because of the trunk not flushed with the back windows. Other than that, the communication was great and the information was given on what was being done each step of the way.

The worse experience. They just painted the scratches and did not fix the bumper that was pushed out. Had to let the vehicle there longer for them to fix the bumper when we told and showed them from the beginning that it was messed up.

It took two weeks to do a relatively simple repair on my vehicle (strut replacement and alignment). My vehicle had been estimated to be finished four days prior to when I actually got it, and I was told there would be communication if there was any delays, but this was not the case. Crash champions sent my car out to different places for the strut replacement and alignment, which added to the time it took to be completed. I received communication that the parts had arrived two days after I brought the car in, and yet it still took 10 days for the car to be completed after that. Rick was very helpful on the phone, but all others I spoke with were unhelpful and difficult to get information from. I would not choose to bring my vehicle here again.
