Spencer is a real asset to your company! I have Parkinsons and use a rollator or a scooter to move around which even then I do not do so very quickly. Spencer was very passant and helpfull. I was pleased that it was fixed faster than they originally thought it would take. I do not know if Spencer was able to get it repaired faster than they originally thought it would take because he knew I needed it to hall my electric scooter or not but in any case he was a pleasure to deal with. From the moment I stepped into their office until I picked up my car, everyone I spoke with that was taking care of my car issue was very friendly, polite, attentive, and knowlegeable when speaking with me. I hope I don't ever need to take my car for any repairs in the future but if I do, they will definitely be my place to go! They did a great job on my car and they also kept me informed every step of the way. I will recomend them to everyone.

tonneau cover was not put back on the right way, FX4 decal is not at the same spot as the other side , the paint job was really good, but you can see sand marks, they didn’t use spot putty
