The back of my car where the damage was looks great! I’m very pleased with the repairs. The receptionist (woman) was not very professional and after she handed me my paperwork to leave, came out to my car and banged on my window and yelled at me that I owed money when I didn’t. She was extremely rude throughout the entire interaction. I’m just glad she was able to go back inside and take a further look to realize I did not owe any money. It’s understandable to be stressed and run after a customer if you realize you let them leave when there was potentially a balance but there was zero reason to be nasty about it.
