I’m very disappointed with the condition my vehicle was returned in after being serviced here. When I picked up my car, parts were missing and the bumper was noticeably misaligned. This is something that should have been caught during a final quality check before releasing the vehicle to the customer. I expected a professional level of attention to detail from a body shop, but unfortunately that was not the case. Situations like this make it seem like there was little to no inspection done before handing the vehicle back to me. I hope the shop improves its quality control process so future customers don’t experience the same issue.
