Recommending all my friends to go to this Crash Champion, I am very satisfied with the quality of the repair. While I am not an auto repair professional and cannot speak to every technical aspect of the work, the vehicle looks great and drives as expected. The team took the time to walk me through the repairs that were completed, explain which parts were replaced and which components could be safely reused, and answer all of my questions. I especially appreciated that my advisor advocated with my insurance company to obtain new replacement parts whenever possible rather than settling for used parts. That attention to detail gave me confidence in the quality of the repair. Overall, the vehicle was returned to me clean, the repairs looked excellent, and I left feeling confident that the work was completed properly.

I had an excellent experience with Crash Champions from start to finish. The representative who handled my intake was in training, but she was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough throughout the entire process. She carefully reviewed all of the damage to my vehicle, explained the repair process clearly, made sure I had all the paperwork I needed, and even offered me water while I waited. She stayed on top of communication, followed up with me, and ensured I was receiving updates and text messages regarding my vehicle's progress. When it was time to pick up my car, I worked with the employee who had been training her. He was equally outstanding. He was personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a positive experience. He completed a detailed walkthrough of the repairs, showed me everything that had been replaced, and made sure my vehicle was cleaned and buffed before I left. I especially appreciated that he advocated on my behalf with the insurance company to ensure the best possible replacement parts were used. Both employees went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Their communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and care made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I would absolutely recommend Crash Champions to others and am extremely satisfied with the repairs and overall experience.
