My experience with Pacific Elite was outstanding. The entire staff was great to work with, especially the lead manager, Trever. He provided exceptional professionalism throughout the entire process. He provided a full and detailed repair bid, arranged my need for the rental car agency, and finished the job a week ahead of schedule, of which I found remarkable.
