I loved the updates as to how my car was doing. Your customer service was wonderful and friendly. Hector was really helpful with any questions I had. My car came out looking like new. The repair work was excellent. I also appreciate that my car was washed. Cleaned inside and out. Thank you!

Estimated date was not the finished date.. Total of 18 days.. my insurance only covered 14 days of insurance per my rental car.. I had to purchase 4 additional days to be insured.. 2 days were reimbursed without insurance.. Making me pay out of pocker ..When i picked up my car.. rear bumper was still not put in place.. I wish there would of been more communication.. throughout the 18 days i only received 1-2 calls and 3 messages.. I would of liked to been informed day to day of the repair process..
