While I was satisfied with most of the service, there were a few areas that need improvement. 1) the interior of the car was dirty (brake pedals covered in white chaulky substance and vacuum covered in sanding dust). 2) the rear left light should have been buffed to remove the clear coat as per the estimate however it was not done and not caught. 3) the satellite radio antenna was broken off, when I brought it to the managers attention he stated that his detailed had an accident with it and told him (that's great that the employee told the manager, but why didn't the manager tell me? I,had to find it broken and ask the manager). 4) the paint job was done pretty well, however there was still on area of blemish that needs to be buffed out. Overall I was a little disappointed that these items were not caught before it was handed over to me, however the rest of the job seemed to be done correctly.
