Honestly, Crash Champions was incredible. The care, communication, and ease of working with my insurance, rental car company, cost, efficiency, made this the easiest car repair experience I've had my entire life. I was deeply dissatisfied with the supervisor or manager at Crash Champions. His behavior was extremely rude and escalated after I expressed my concerns. I informed him that my car had been in the repair shop for three weeks and a half without any progress. Despite receiving quotes and different pick-up times each time, there was no follow-up from the repair shop. I had to call and inquire about my repair three separate times, which understandably upset me. However, he raised his voice at me and claimed that he was not responsible for the accident that caused my car to be damaged. I am certain that he was not the one who crashed my car, as it was another party who collided with me, necessitating the repair. I have been informed that communication from his end or someone within the repair shop would have been greatly appreciated. This was the third time I had called, and once again, my car was not ready for pickup. Additionally, they had changed the repair timeline. I would not recommend anyone bringing their car for repair at this establishment. Furthermore, he proceeded to inform me that my insurance company was the most affordable on the market. I have All State full coverage!
